An Elegant and Dramatic Rustic Coffee Shop-Inspired Dining Area
To keep with the dramatic and moody theme of this luxe-contemporary home, the dining area is adjacent to the living room. With an open layout, an elegant French partition with White curtains divides the living and dining areas. Beforehand these spaces are within two different buildings divided by a wall. To connect the living and dining they have to demolish the wall and it was replaced by an intuitive partition that separates the two areas. Wood, antique style bricks from ISF Corp., and lighting complete the decorative wall. An eye-catching wall art piece from Triboa Bay Living gave the decorative wall interesting features. The protruding wooden dining table was customized by Raw Tura, dining chairs are from Triboa Bay Living, and the buffet table is from Philux.
The Combination of wood, metal, and fabric gives texture and atmosphere. Traditional Chinese cabinets are substituted with modern one's custom made by Raw Tura, a personal request from the client. Cove lighting with wood accents on the ceiling expands through the whole area.
